15th – 16th century.
The shield is 19th. 

Panel 2

St. Nicholas 

The original figure of God the Father from a window in a Carmelite church in Antwerp closed by Napoleon. The whole window was bought by 1st Marquess of Ely in early 19th c. and bought in 1840 for St George’s Hanover Square.

The mitre and top of crozier have been added to effect St. Nicholas.

A Renaissance copy Two Roman Plinths with rams heads.
15th 16th century.

Against a background of a walled town with towers.
A green tree and field.

The Sermon on the Mount Matthew C. 5 V. 3-11 Christ dressed in Red and White. In front of Christ are two apostles the one to the left is possibly John. Beneath the inscription reads.

Jairus’s Daughter Mark C.5 V. 35-43 Luke C. 8 V 49-56
In Jairus’s house Christ stands in the centre holding the maids hand. To the left her mother kneels with clasped hands, with Jairus stood behind her.
Th Inscription above reads.

The 10 Panels surmounted by a semicircle are medieval German and are badly discoloured. The damage was the result of an unsuccessful 19th C. experiment.
